Your Key Responsibilities:Foster technical development within the team through mentoring, individual career plans, feedback sessions, and identifying growth opportunities.Establish best practices, review design proposals, define design guidelines, and manage knowledge within the team.Conduct technical interviews, assess candidates, provide technical onboarding, and develop retention strategies. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the chapter.Deliver training sessions to chapter members on best practices and design methodologies.Research emerging technologies and trends, lead proof of concept initiatives, and create practice communities.Communicate design strategies and represent the chapter in key meetings.Design high-impact solutions for complex, large-scale challenges.Enhance and scale the design system across the organization.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, Communication, Marketing, Industrial Design, or UX Design.Over 5 years of experience in product design for digital products.Proficiency in design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and advanced prototyping.Practical knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with data analysis tools, A/B testing (like Adobe Target, Google Optimize), and data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau).Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.Ability to lead design teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.Expertise in defining and evolving design processes, methodologies, and standards at an organizational level.
