Join Credicorp Capital and transform challenges into opportunities as our next Capital Markets Manager in Lima, Peru.Mission:Your role will be to strategically plan, coordinate, and manage business operations between Capital Markets and Wealth Management, focusing on Fixed Income, Equity instruments, and ETFs. Collaborate with the Investment Advisory team to enhance market share and meet revenue targets for Gdp and Mdk. Additionally, you will lead and execute strategic commercial support, ensuring effective communication, adaptation, and execution of investment ideas with our Wealth Management clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify investment opportunities for Wealth Management clients by leveraging market dynamics, business economic tools, and comprehensive data analysis from interdisciplinary committees alongside Investment Advisory, Economic Research, and Flow Desks.Monitor compliance with income and expense budgets within the unit, making necessary adjustments to the commercial strategy for client segments and sub-products to ensure established targets are met.Provide specialized commercial support to Credicorp Capital's Wealth Management clients, delivering detailed presentations of proposed strategies across various markets to generate new business opportunities.Gather and analyze fundamental data from companies with USD-denominated debt issuances to assess investment viability within client portfolios.Develop and cultivate commercial relationships with transactional clients, advising on market conditions and financial characteristics of various Mdk instruments to enhance their operations.Generate investment recommendations and co-manage investments for clients who have entrusted us with special advisory mandates regarding their fixed income, equity, dollar, and derivatives portfolios.Requirements:University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Preferred: Master's in Finance and/or CFA Charterholder.Minimum of 8 years of experience in the capital markets, risk advisory, and/or investment banking.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
