Essential Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage electrical projects in the field, while reporting to the project or construction manager, to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Lead 2-4 crews/electrical projects, handling 30,000-100,000 man hours or projects valued between $10M-$25M with gross margins exceeding 13%.Supervise 4 or more supervisors, overseeing a total of 50 to 70 employees across one or more sites.Independently initiate and manage projects from start to finish.Ensure the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction through effective team management.Assist in recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.Maintain a strong emphasis on safety and work with top-of-the-line industry equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.Other responsibilities may be assigned to support business operations.
