About the Role We are looking for an accomplished Senior Data/Business Analyst to significantly enhance our Marketing Analytics and Reporting capabilities. This position offers a balanced combination of hands-on reporting and analysis (50%) alongside dashboard development and reporting automation (50%), emphasizing accountability, precision, and scalability. As an individual contributor, you will take ownership of reporting outputs, influence measurement standards, and assist in transitioning the organization from fragmented and manual analytics to more consistent, automated, and reliable insights. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and continuously improve Tableau dashboards to evaluate campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and funnel outcomes. Lead the creation of recurring performance reports and executive-ready scorecards, integrating automated dashboards with in-depth analysis. Act as a subject matter expert in marketing performance reporting, proactively spotting trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Facilitate the shift from manual reporting to scalable, standardized, and self-service dashboards. Analyze and synthesize data from various Martech and CRM platforms, including GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Brightcove, and others. Ensure data accuracy across systems, actively identifying discrepancies, tracking gaps, and resolving data quality issues. Collaborate with CRM and marketing operations teams to shape the structure of data pipelines, schemas, and reporting views. Support and uphold UTM standards and campaign tracking governance to guarantee consistent attribution and measurement. Assist in maintaining structured campaign hierarchies (e.g., parent/child campaigns) to support reliable reporting. Contribute to the definition and documentation of metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards used across marketing and sales. Partner with marketing, sales, and various stakeholders to transform business objectives into effective reporting and insights. Communicate insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications: 2-6 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or marketing analytics. Proficient with Tableau and other data visualization tools. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
