As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our software engineering initiatives at Thought Machine. Our engineers tackle unprecedented engineering challenges across the technology stack, producing high-quality code that is scalable, secure, and user-friendly. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from engineering design to implementation, ensuring that both backend services and frontend experiences meet our clients' diverse needs.
We serve a wide range of clients, from the largest financial institutions to regional banks. Your role will involve crafting customizable user experiences that cater to various personas, bridging the gap between back-end and front-end systems to deliver exceptional solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Lisbon office, where collaboration and innovation are at the forefront of our engineering efforts.
