Review monthly payroll files and confirm supporting documentation is complete for verification. Manage international payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before salary payments are submitted. Identify ways to streamline international payroll processes and support ongoing improvements. Work with international payroll service providers to implement company payroll practices and resolve procedural issues. Keep HRIS systems (such as Workday) updated with pay changes before payroll deadlines. Analyze and audit payroll data, investigating and correcting any inconsistencies. Assist with international salary and bonus reviews by compiling necessary reports. Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable on salary, tax, and social security contributions, ensuring data reconciliation. Prepare recalculated payrolls and send them to Finance for reconciliation. Answer payroll-related questions from employees and stakeholders. Administer employee benefits plans, processing changes in line with provider updates. Maintain benefits trackers and oversee payment and invoice controls.
