You will assist the Home Keeper Operations team in ensuring seamless property management by:Operational & On-site Support:Facilitating check-in and check-out processes, both remotely via email and in-person.Conducting on-site check-ins and check-outs as necessary.Preparing and finalizing check-out inventories and detailed inventory reports.Managing keys, including duplication and coordination.Property & Maintenance Support:Assisting in the procurement of furniture, appliances, and maintenance supplies.Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for repairs and maintenance follow-up.Supporting condominium-related activities, which may include attending meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring ongoing repairs are managed effectively.
