In this position, you will provide first-line technical assistance to end-users across various technical issues related to hardware, software, and peripherals. You will support a diverse range of platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing systems.
Your exceptional problem-solving abilities will be essential in diagnosing, assessing, and resolving intricate technical challenges. When necessary, you will escalate issues to the appropriate IT personnel. Given that you may assist individuals with limited IT knowledge, strong customer service skills are crucial, allowing you to convey complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and a personable demeanor, eager to assist others. Previous experience in a 1st Line Support or Helpdesk role in any industry, including retail, is advantageous. You should have a track record of resolving more complex IT problems and be adept at troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
