In this role, you will be essential in delivering top-notch customer service and beauty expertise to our cherished customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Provide exceptional service by engaging with all customers and presenting yourself in accordance with KIKO standards (attitude, attire, and makeup).
Achieve business objectives set in collaboration with the Store Manager (Customer Experience, Sales, KPIs).
Fulfill customer needs through effective cross-selling of products.
Complete all BeKIKO training modules, quizzes, and educational materials.
Communicate any matters requiring attention to management to enhance customer experience and KPI outcomes (such as trends, stock, and cleanliness).
As a valued team member, you may also take on the role of ‘Beauty Tutor’, supporting the Store Manager in training fellow staff.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES IMPLEMENTATION
Ensure that the store adheres to all KIKO standards.
Maintain KIKO standards and procedures as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and as instructed by the Store Manager.
Contribute to the upkeep of high standards in store image (layout, merchandising, and cleanliness) and in the quality of KIKO Customer Care.
Stay informed about current market trends.
