You will serve as the primary leader responsible for converting long-term capacity forecasts and intricate customer requirements into fully operational infrastructure. This highly visible position necessitates extensive cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations to address technical challenges at hyperscale. In addition to managing individual programs, you will play a key role in designing scalable, repeatable processes that establish how we develop our global fleet for the future.Key Responsibilities:Lead the complete execution of hyperscale data center constructions and significant capacity expansions, from planning through to operational delivery.Formulate and supervise detailed program plans, outlining scope, schedules, milestones, and interdependencies for pivotal infrastructure initiatives.Convert capacity planning forecasts and stakeholder requirements into actionable, technical program specifications.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to mitigate risks to timelines and budgets.Develop and present program status updates, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership and essential stakeholders.Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve intricate technical and logistical challenges, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation.Establish and manage scalable processes, KPIs, and benchmarks.
