This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic gaming machines and related equipment in the field. The technician plays a key part in ensuring equipment operates reliably for casino customers. What you will do Diagnose, maintain, and repair Castle Hill Gaming equipment on site. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on servers and related devices. Carry out preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, tightening hardware, and securing wiring. Schedule and plan preventative maintenance visits for both internal and external customers. Install equipment and software during system upgrades. Document all maintenance and repair work in the designated reporting system. Monitor changes in jurisdictional requirements, upgrades, and modifications, and communicate updates to relevant CHG departments. Take on other duties as assigned.
