About the Role
As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Complaints Officer to assist in investigating and resolving complex customer interactions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to forge strong relationships with customers and collaborate with various departments to identify customer pain points and arrive at fair and objective resolutions.
