TransPerfect is on the lookout for a Content Marketing Lead to spearhead impactful marketing initiatives through an innovative content strategy and execution. This pivotal role aims to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost the sales pipeline across a varied global portfolio of solutions, industries, and marketing teams.
The successful candidate will craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy that underpins campaigns, product and solution launches, vertical programs, and digital performance channels, with a focus on SEO, SEM, paid media, and PR/media syndication. A crucial aspect of this position will be to develop the content marketing framework across the organization, establishing standards and mentoring content creators across diverse product lines and geographical locations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong hands-on approach while also being strategic and collaborative, capable of interpreting business needs across various divisions and translating these into content that drives tangible results in lead generation, digital visibility, and funnel progression.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the content marketing strategy to enhance traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline through integrated campaign and digital channels.
Develop content themes, messaging frameworks, and editorial calendars aligned with global go-to-market strategies across multiple verticals and product lines.
Create and oversee an SEO-centric content roadmap, integrating keyword research, buyer intent analysis, and performance metrics from demand generation and digital teams.
Compose and refine content across various formats including product and solution materials, SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, nurture flows, gated resources, and video scripts.
Produce or direct content for webinars, virtual events, digital campaigns, and paid promotions.
Collaborate on sales enablement materials such as eBrochures, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
Utilize analytics to monitor performance (organic traffic, content engagement, lead volume, MQL/SAL quality) and continually enhance content strategies.
Facilitate content syndication and thought leadership outreach through earned and paid media placements, newsletters, and partner channels.
Guide junior writers and marketing contributors on content strategy, SEO integration, and campaign storytelling.
Establish scalable templates, writing guidelines, and editorial processes to ensure quality and efficiency across regions and business units.
Serve as a liaison among product marketing, campaign managers, digital teams, and SEO/SEM teams to maintain content alignment and optimization.
