Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:You will take charge of the accessibility roadmap, which includes conducting baseline audits, prioritizing remediation tasks, ensuring design system coverage, automating continuous integration, and monitoring production. Implement technical fixes and spearhead cross-team remediation initiatives. Collaborate with Design System, Product, Design, Legal, and External Audit teams to integrate accessibility into our workflows. Provide training to team members to promote accessibility standards within their departments. Conduct user testing with assistive technologies and incorporate findings into product development. Design and manage AI-assisted tools to scale audits and remediation while ensuring human oversight. Focus on the long-term direction of the team, ensuring our engineering capabilities are prepared for future challenges.
