As the Growth Marketing Manager for Labs, you will play a crucial role from the outset , crafting an effective demand generation and activation strategy that transitions early adopters into loyal paying customers. This position is centered around a Product-Led Growth (PLG) philosophy, meaning you will oversee the entire user journey beyond the product itself: encompassing acquisition, onboarding communications, and fostering a vibrant community around Labs. Your Responsibilities
Develop the Labs acquisition funnel from the ground up, focusing on paid, organic, and community-driven strategies.
Manage in-product and lifecycle communications to boost activation and convert free users to paying customers.
Establish and monitor Labs-specific metrics including activation rate, time-to-value, and overall conversion rates.
Cultivate and expand the Labs user community across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with the Core Growth Marketing Manager on accounts that overlap between Labs and Core offerings.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the user journey and onboarding experience outside of the product.
Qualifications We're Seeking
Proven experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), self-serve SaaS, or product-led demand generation.
A deep understanding of user activation versus acquisition, with a focus on users who derive real value from the product.
Comfortable with starting from scratch; you thrive in creating processes, first-draft playbooks, and programs without precedent.
You leverage data and insights to inform decisions and drive growth.
