Are you ready to join our dynamic Hospo team as the next Account Executive? In this role, you will play a pivotal part in introducing our solutions to potential clients, ensuring they find the perfect Lightspeed product tailored to their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you will guide prospective clients in identifying their requirements, conduct personalized demonstrations, prepare detailed quotes, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new customers. Our mission is to enhance customer experiences through an intuitive POS interface, rapid payment processing, and advanced business reporting tools.
Conduct product presentations primarily via video calls, collaborating with clients to design the optimal solution.
Lead pricing negotiations and successfully close deals to drive business growth.
Embrace our #MakeitTogether philosophy by collaborating closely with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives to schedule appointments with leads.
What We Expect from You:
You should possess the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients, proactively addressing their inquiries while demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings. We prioritize customer experience, and an understanding of the hospitality sector will be beneficial.
#Sales: Proven experience in managing discovery conversations through to deal closure, including customer relationship management, impact discovery, quote preparation, negotiations, and pipeline oversight.
