Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Creator Success Representative to serve as a key contributor within our Creator Success team.
This hands-on role comes with significant commercial accountability. You will manage relationships with our most valued creators, drive retention and revenue growth, and exemplify excellence in execution, ownership, and professionalism throughout the team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand a portfolio of high-revenue creators, fully responsible for retention and revenue metrics.
Achieve 100%+ month-on-month retention for key creators consistently.
Analyze behavioral and performance data to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
Provide actionable, data-driven insights to help creators increase their earnings.
Enhance Net Revenue Retention through proactive monetization strategies.
Educate creators about new features, monetization tools, and best practices on the platform.
Boost creator satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through proactive engagement efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Moderation, Growth, and Sales teams to improve outcomes.
Set a visible performance benchmark for the broader Creator Success team.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated high performance in Creator Success, Customer Success, or Account Management roles.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and retention for a portfolio of clients.
