The Team & The Opportunity
We are in search of a Senior Customer Solution Engineer to join our expanding EMEA team, focusing on enterprise customers and prospects throughout the region.
This role is highly collaborative and customer-focused, placing you at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and value-driven selling. You'll work closely with Account Executives, Product, Solutions, and Customer teams to guide organizations in understanding the potential of Zuora and translating that into tangible business outcomes.
This position is location-specific and ideal for a candidate based in the London or Home Counties area, with regular collaboration in our office to maximize impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Become a trusted expert in Zuora through thorough onboarding and training across our products, solutions, and use cases.
- Establish strong technical relationships with customers and prospects, gaining a deep understanding of their goals, constraints, and operational models.
- Lead engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Craft customized, end-to-end demonstrations aligned to each customer’s strategic objectives across various industries.
- Support intricate enterprise sales cycles by achieving technical victories, addressing objections, and distinctly showcasing Zuora’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to impact roadmap priorities based on customer and market insights.
- Manage adoption and technical health across accounts, ensuring customers derive value and achieve their defined KPIs.
- Contribute to shaping the commercial strategy and more.
