As Deliveroo continues to expand and evolve, we are seeking an enthusiastic and analytically-minded Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Consumer Pricing team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. Our central team plays a pivotal role in addressing exciting challenges related to monetizing our business while enhancing the perception of value for our consumers. Consumer pricing is crucial to the strategic vision of our global operations, and in this role, you will have the chance to lead projects from inception to completion and collaborate with diverse teams.
In this position as a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will actively engage in various strategic initiatives as our business rapidly adapts: from refining pricing models for our current and new offerings to discovering ways to enhance consumer value. To thrive in this role, you must possess a strong sense of curiosity, a consumer-centric mindset, and exceptional analytical capabilities.
You will be an essential member of our Pricing team, a cross-functional group comprising pricing business owners, product managers, engineers, and data scientists who collectively set objectives and collaborate to achieve them.
Your Responsibilities:
Price Optimization - Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and local markets to uncover opportunities for enhancing our Consumer Pricing processes and algorithms.
Stakeholder Engagement - Manage interactions regarding pricing performance and work alongside Data Science, Product, and other teams.
Planning - Assist with weekly and monthly reporting cycles and perform root cause analyses.
