As a Solutions Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing your team of Solutions Consultants and Account Executives. Your expertise will help them refine their demo techniques, enhance strategic positioning, and master advanced objection handling, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include onboarding and training your team members, ensuring they evolve into proficient subject matter experts. You will provide strategic insights on go-to-market strategies, identify product gaps, and communicate departmental needs to leadership. Collaborating closely with Sales Management, you will identify opportunities to support both prospective and existing clients effectively, streamline the sales process, and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and scalability.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between various FloQast go-to-market functions, such as Direct Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Install Base. You will address product-related inquiries, resolve technical issues, relay feedback, and support various initiatives arising from both internal discussions and customer interactions, all aimed at maximizing revenue and fostering employee growth.
