About the Role
As a Manager within the Solutions Engineering team at Mixpanel, you will lead a skilled group of analytics consultants who are integral to our growth and success. You will be at the forefront of enhancing customer value, guiding your team as they provide essential technical support to our Sales organization.
This position combines leadership, technical acumen, and strategic business insights. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, optimizing our technical sales methodologies, and collaborating across departments to ensure our customers achieve their desired business outcomes with Mixpanel.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and managing the next generation of Solutions Engineers. By cultivating a culture of excellence and profound customer understanding, you will empower your team to devise innovative solutions, enhance product adoption, and ultimately secure technical victories with both prospects and existing customers.
