About the Team
Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team at Postman is passionate about assembling exceptional teams. We are a collaborative and high-performing group that partners closely with business leaders and recruiters to proactively discover and engage the talent that will propel Postman’s growth trajectory in the region.
The Opportunity
As a Talent Sourcer on our EMEA team, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition strategy, discovering, engaging, and qualifying outstanding candidates across various roles and functions. This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about uncovering hidden talent, crafting persuasive outreach messages, and leveraging data to shape sourcing strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with EMEA recruiters and hiring managers to design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for current and future roles spanning engineering, product, sales, and support functions.
- Proactively seek out and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, GitHub, talent databases, professional networks, and innovative sourcing methods.
- Develop and nurture warm talent pipelines for key and recurring roles, ensuring a consistent influx of high-quality candidates ahead of requisitions.
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to evaluate interest, compatibility, and availability, delivering well-prepared candidates to the recruiting team.
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics, including outreach response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate to enhance effectiveness continuously.
