With our ongoing expansion, we are seeking motivated and commercially astute sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive on cultivating strong relationships with brokers to achieve consistent outcomes.
The Role
In this pivotal outbound sales position, you will focus on developing, expanding, and nurturing relationships with TPIs and brokers. Your daily activities will involve actively engaging with the broker market, securing new business, and maximizing opportunities through ongoing communication, in-person meetings, and effective deal management.
Reporting directly to the Head of TPI Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive volume, revenue, and market presence through your broker network. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys making calls, meeting partners face-to-face, building trust, and closing deals.
While experience in the energy sector is beneficial, your drive, resilience, and eagerness to sell are the key attributes we value.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively develop and manage a portfolio of TPI and broker relationships
- Engage in high outbound activity through calls, meetings, events, and regular communication
- Acquire new business and enhance Brook Green Supply’s market share through TPIs
- Establish long-lasting, trusted relationships that position Brook Green Supply as a preferred supplier
- Oversee fixed energy tenders from initial inquiry through to deal acceptance
- Price and structure deals in alignment with commercial objectives and broker needs
- Collaborate closely with internal Trading, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution
- Represent Brook Green Supply professionally in all interactions
