We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Jobsite Superintendent to oversee multi-family residential construction projects in the Los Angeles area.Key Responsibilities: Report directly to the Senior Project Manager. Serve as the primary authority on jobsite quality, safety, and project scheduling, ensuring compliance with all construction documents. Manage the scheduling of subcontractors, inspectors, jobsite setup, and material deliveries. Facilitate and document weekly foreman meetings and tailgate safety sessions. Conduct inspections and approve subcontractor work. Propose and initiate recommendations for change orders as necessary. Prepare Daily Jobsite Reports and lookahead schedules to track progress. Ensure jobsite cleanliness, safety, and overall site conditions are maintained. Implement and manage field changes, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals. Collaborate with subcontractors to secure all project closeout documentation. Generate and manage subcontractor punch lists. Obtain Certificates of Occupancy as needed. Conduct owner walk-throughs and manage turnover processes, including Warranty and Customer Service operations.
