Role Overview: Senior Customer Value Manager
The Senior Customer Value Manager leads a portfolio of clients across multiple industries and business segments. This role acts as the main point of contact for customers, developing and executing mutual success plans and engagement strategies that deliver measurable results.
Expertise in Source-to-Pay (Business Spend Management) is essential. The Senior Customer Value Manager guides clients through process transformation, helping them realize immediate value and improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advocate for assigned customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and leaders.
