- Uphold Cozey’s standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to understand features, benefits, and practical applications of our collections.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and service practices.
- (For selected team members) Assist with opening and closing procedures and take on lead responsibilities when necessary.
