What You Will Do Oversee day-to-day functions of equity administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all activities. Design, implement, and refine operational processes for Riot’s global equity program. Lead change management efforts and optimize process controls within the team. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting related to equity programs. Collaborate with departments across Riot to support and improve equity strategies. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in global equity administration and process management. Proactive approach to solving problems and addressing challenges as they arise. Comfort working through ambiguity and adapting to new situations. Ability to develop and implement solutions that improve equity program effectiveness. Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and communication. Location This role is based in Los Angeles, USA.
