What Will You Bring? 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience as a senior or lead software engineer. 3+ years of people management experience with at least 3 direct reports. Proficient in systems design and full stack development with expertise in ReactJS, .NET, and SQL. In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and associated tools.
