Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a comparable role. Experience managing large-scale construction projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam, Procore, etc. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret and understand construction plans and specifications. Strong time management and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are advantageous.
