Key Responsibilities:Actively engage in the creative process, contributing to the development of engaging customer experience models in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of stakeholders.Oversee the design of the overall customer experience, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints in their journey.Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to overcome challenges, maintaining a focus on customer needs.Represent the customer’s voice through relevant insights gathered from various sources.Design and develop engaging experiences across multichannel journeys, both for new initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Document customer experiences using tools such as journey mapping, service definition, persona development, wireframes, and information architecture.Research and analyze feedback obtained from the Net Promoter Score (NPS).Identify root causes of issues through active listening, system report analysis, data processing, and direct customer contact.Report findings to relevant business areas, ensuring the sharing of useful information for decision-making.Present conclusions, action plans, and deliverables monthly to management.Recommend new ideas and innovations to strengthen relationships with current customers based on market research and best practices in the industry.
