Become a vital part of the Cloud Centre of Excellence at ARHS Group, part of Accenture, and contribute to our Managed Services team dedicated to supporting expansive cloud environments across various public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Oracle, and more.
Your primary focus will be on the operation, monitoring, and enhancement of cloud workloads while driving initiatives for automation, reliability, and cost efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monitor public cloud infrastructures, with a primary emphasis on AWS.
- Address customer service inquiries, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
- Lead incident response efforts and assist in conducting root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
- Engage in Disaster Recovery (DR) simulations and readiness assessments.
- Evaluate operational processes and suggest improvements to boost reliability and efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support sustainability and cost optimization initiatives.
- Automate infrastructure and maintenance tasks using Infrastructure as Code and various scripting tools.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as a member of the Managed Services team.
