Join our dynamic software development team as a Business Analyst specializing in the Avaloq Banking system. After a comprehensive training program, you will play a pivotal role in the software product lifecycle, engaging in activities such as the design and rollout of new software releases, business requirements definition, and business process re-engineering. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating effectively at the intersection of banking operations and the development team;
- Collecting and analyzing requirements from clients and stakeholders and crafting detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD);
- Participating in gap analysis exercises for new implementations to ensure all stakeholder requirements are met;
- Translating and validating approved business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD);
- Acting as the primary functional liaison for developers throughout the development process;
- Maintaining continuous communication between stakeholders and the development team;
- Conducting and managing functional testing scenarios to ensure developments align with functional specifications;
- Drafting and overseeing the content for product release notes and user documentation;
- Facilitating training sessions for end users.
