Role overview
The Consultant Onboarding & Software Support role helps guide business clients through the onboarding process and supports their ongoing use of N2F. This position focuses on helping clients implement the software smoothly and addressing their needs clearly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Guide business clients as they set up and use N2F solutions
- Assist users in adopting and getting the most out of the software
- Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support
- Maintain strong client satisfaction throughout onboarding and support
