Many clients come from outside France, so strong language skills are important. What you will do Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their stay, from booking to move-out. Handle administrative, financial, and apartment maintenance matters. Communicate with clients remotely using Zendesk. Draft leases, check documents, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, compare inventory reports, and process deposit refunds. Create and update digital client files at every stage of the customer journey. Team environment Remote-first operations, with a base in Lyon. Serve an international client base, so language proficiency is essential. Work collaboratively to support residents in several French cities.
