Role overview
This Sales Enablement Manager role is based in Lyon and reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The position focuses on equipping sales teams with the tools, content, training, and processes needed to improve effectiveness. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is central, and the work has a direct influence on company growth.
Main responsibilities
- Content enablement: Develop and implement enablement strategies that align with Sales and Marketing objectives.
- Create, update, and organize sales materials, including pitch decks, presentations, case studies, battle cards, and scripts.
- Oversee and enhance sales support tools such as CRM, CMS, LMS, and sales intelligence platforms.
Training and coaching
- Design and deliver training programs to strengthen sales skills and deepen product knowledge.
- Offer ongoing coaching and support to help the sales team reach their targets.
