Define TransformationsUnderstand the strategic, operational, and organizational challenges faced by our clients.Conduct thorough assessments of current processes, practices, data, and tools.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from business, project, and IT domains.Document needs, pain points, opportunities, and transformation priorities.Create coherent, pragmatic, and value-oriented target visions.Develop realistic and structured transformation roadmaps.2. Design and Structure SolutionsTranslate business requirements into precise needs articulations, functional specifications, and guiding principles.Contribute to the redesign and optimization of processes across areas like engineering, construction, maintenance, project management, and document management.Assist in the scoping and deployment of digital solutions tailored to complex industrial environments (PLM, BIM, GED, EAM, GMAO, project management tools, data repositories, etc.).Establish performance indicators, management modalities, and success criteria.Produce clear, structured deliverables that are actionable for client and project teams.3.
