Squad Lead: Roles and Responsibilities
1. Account Responsibilities
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and oversee risk mitigation strategies for all squad projects, identifying potential hurdles and implementing proactive measures to ensure project success.
- Resource Allocation and Prioritization: Effectively manage resource assignments and prioritize tasks to optimize squad resource utilization.
- Quality and Delivery Oversight: Guarantee the squad consistently meets Integrant’s standards by delivering high-quality outcomes alongside exceptional service.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with account management, HR, and sales/marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with squad deliverables.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO and other departments, detailing squad accomplishments, challenges faced, and proposed solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Evaluate future project directions strategically, pinpointing opportunities for growth and enhancements.
- Efficiency and Utilization Metrics: Monitor and enhance utilization, efficiency, quality, and productivity metrics to align with account expectations.
- Investment Justification: Clearly define the value of investments through SWOT analysis to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
2. People Responsibilities
- Skill Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing training in both technical and soft skills, aligning development with project and organizational goals.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, focusing on essential planning, leadership, and soft skills for their professional development.
- Performance Feedback: Deliver regular constructive feedback on performance, addressing areas of underperformance to facilitate improvement.
- Career Development Support: Assist team members in identifying and overcoming obstacles in their personal and career development journeys.
- Setting KPIs and Metrics: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate individual productivity, utilization, and quality, ensuring alignment with Career Development Plans (CDP) and project assignments.
- Roadmap Creation for Growth: Design clear and personalized growth roadmaps for each employee, outlining specific steps and skill requirements for advancement.
- Constructive Feedback and Motivation: Provide tailored constructive feedback to motivate team members towards achieving their objectives.
