Job Description:
As a Creative Designer, you will serve as a vital link between different departments within our organization. Utilizing our brand elements and illustration library, you will craft creative content that empowers our trainers to leave a lasting impression on their participants and clients. You will collaborate with our marketing communication team to produce compelling visuals for campaigns and provide our business development team with persuasive designs for pitch decks and client proposals. A significant portion of your role will involve translating strategic organizational challenges into concrete visual representations and presentations.
Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing materials for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media assets, and brochures.
Create workbooks and training presentations that effectively enhance the learning experience for participants.
Develop persuasive pitch decks and client proposals for account and sales managers.
Collaborate with various departments to meet design needs while maintaining brand consistency.
Actively contribute to the preservation and development of our visual identity.
Manage design projects from concept to completion within established deadlines.
