Role Overview Plaisio Computers S.A. is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join the team in Magoula, Attica, Greece. This role focuses on managing inventory and supporting product strategy across a wide range of items. What You Will Do Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support business needs across various product categories. Work closely with suppliers, sales, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly. Review inventory data and analyze market trends to stay informed about competitors. Participate in promotional planning and activities to support category sales. Research new and existing products to track market developments.

Your Daily Responsibilities: Prepare all necessary documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency in import/export processes. Maintain continuous communication with shipping companies and the procurement department to effectively manage product transfers in accordance with company protocols. Select the most suitable transportation methods, considering weights, sizes, and pricing from partner companies. Engage in ongoing communication with the procurement team and external partners to ensure agreed-upon loading and arrival dates for goods. Record data and present it to the relevant department supervisor. Ensure the safe transport of products to guarantee insurance coverage and proper operations. Conduct daily checks of the transportation chain regarding the status of each purchase order.

Your Role as a Trade Marketing Specialist at Plaisio: Design and implement innovative commercial strategies for your designated product category, encompassing both offline and integrated 360° campaigns, ensuring timely execution and exceptional quality. Oversee project timelines and ensure punctual delivery of marketing materials. Work in close partnership with the internal Creative team to guarantee the precise and timely production of marketing assets. Collaborate effectively with the broader Marketing team to bolster and achieve commercial sales objectives. Monitor and control the budget associated with trade marketing initiatives.
