Collaboration and Reporting This position reports to the Rider Onboarding and Compliance Team Lead(s) and works closely with both the Rider Operations and Compliance teams. The Operations Representative oversees the entire rider lifecycle, from onboarding new applicants to maintaining compliance for current riders. The role includes managing compliance pipelines to minimize downtime and ensure Deliveroo meets local regulations. Work Environment This is a full-time role based at Deliveroo's Manchester main office. The company offers a hybrid working policy: three days in the office and two days working from home.
