Your Opportunity
We are excited to invite a skilled Head of Platform Engineering to join our dynamic team in Manchester, a hub of engineering excellence. In this pivotal role, you will lead our platform engineering and technical support teams (level 2 and level 3 support).
This strategic position entails overseeing the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure, while ensuring exceptional support for our clientele. You will be instrumental in enhancing public transportation experiences through innovative technology solutions, shaping the trajectory of our SaaS platform.
Your leadership will be key in promoting best practices in platform engineering, automation, and the establishment of a coherent technical roadmap. You will nurture a collaborative work atmosphere and empower the L2/L3 support team to efficiently address complex customer inquiries. Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams, you will deliver outstanding services and solutions with minimal downtime.
Managing a small team of three experienced platform engineers, you will report to the Head of Country for KubaPay in Denmark, engaging directly with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
