You should also excel in resource and cost-loaded scheduling, complemented by strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders daily.As a Planner, you will oversee the comprehensive service delivery, ensuring client objectives are fulfilled through value-added services.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate and guide planning workshops with clients and vendors to formulate the master project schedule, establishing baselines and critical paths.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to devise, develop, and implement construction schedules.Frequent travel to construction sites will be required.Engage daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.Create and sustain detailed construction program schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and Tableau across multiple projects.Ensure that schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, and construction contractors is accurately fed into the planning and scheduling systems.Implement project planning and scheduling strategies that reflect both company and contractor roles and responsibilities.Work closely with project managers and subcontractor teams to uphold schedule integrity.Provide quality assurance and interface with project functional groups and contractors regarding schedule performance tracking and reporting.Coordinate various sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as needed.Prepare and update progress reports for clients, including integrated planning/scheduling contributions to monthly project reports and specific presentations.Generate high-level and detailed 1, 3, and 6-month look-ahead reports from Primavera P6.Conduct probabilistic analyses on integrated contractor schedules.Continuously monitor and report potential project issues that may affect the schedule.Perform comprehensive project schedule analyses, including critical path and schedule risk assessments.Analyze deviations from the baseline in the project master schedule, identifying bottlenecks or delays, proposing corrective actions, and assessing the overall schedule impact of any variances or change orders.
