This is a fixed hybrid role, requiring on-site work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our headquarters in Maple Plain, MN.
The Data Architect is responsible for designing and evolving the enterprise data architecture to enhance analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role will outline the technical data roadmap, create scalable and reusable data assets, and develop semantic layers that facilitate significant insights across the organization. As a vital partner to the analytics and visualization teams, the Data Architect will play a key role in transitioning to a modern data lake platform, ensuring data quality, performance, governance, and long-term scalability. This position will enhance the value, reliability, and strategic impact of our data and analytics capabilities.
