Role overview
The Senior AI Agent Researcher, based in Markham, Ontario, will focus on designing and developing advanced AI agents. This role emphasizes translating leading research into practical, scalable systems.
What you will do
- Design and build AI agents that use large language models for autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Develop features such as memory, tool use, self-reflection, and long-term decision-making within agent systems.
- Create and enhance multi-agent systems to enable collaboration, coordination, and complex problem-solving.
- Integrate AI agents with external tools, APIs, and real-world systems to achieve end-to-end automation.
- Advance research in reasoning-enhanced large language models, agent alignment, and embodied intelligence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to bring research concepts into production-ready solutions.
Compensation
Total target annual compensation ranges from $127,000 to $225,000, based on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
