Key responsibilities Advise business, operations, and compliance teams on a wide range of legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and government contracts. Collaborate with business development on RFPs, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives. Support M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and integration. Provide guidance on regulatory, compliance, and governance issues relevant to Exiger’s operations. Improve and scale legal processes, templates, and contract lifecycle management. Assist with intellectual property strategy and protection. Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s compliance framework.
