This role is pivotal in delivering expertise across various specialized customer requirements, fostering relationships within the Agency and collaborating with both internal and external service providers.Key Responsibilities:Customer Issue Resolution: Provide guidance and support to customers related to your area of expertise and cross-functional processes.Follow established methods, regulations, and procedures to perform support functions efficiently.Build and maintain productive relationships within the Sponsor’s organization and the Intelligence Community (IC).Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex issues while adhering to standard procedures.Handle sensitive materials with the utmost discretion while prioritizing and processing tasks effectively.Interpret policies and regulations on behalf of customers and develop training and briefings to enhance their understanding.Specialized Support:Collaborate with contract and team members to devise solutions for non-routine customer challenges.Work with Other Governmental Agencies (OGAs) to gain in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and processes.Process forms and authorization memos to meet dynamic requirements.Proactively anticipate customer needs and take initiative to resolve complex issues effectively.Ensure the accuracy of information by reconciling documents with database entries.
