Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently modify load files and conduct quality control on data loads.- Collaborate in creating and updating document processing protocols.- Manage multiple load streams concurrently.- Execute native file processing within LAW.- Generate load files by exporting data from Relativity as needed by Case Managers.- Carry out data conversion processes, including various document type conversions.- Address specialized format data conversions and file manipulation requests.- Oversee quality control for load files and Relativity data loads and exports.- Complete advanced tasks, such as producing data exports for productions and ensuring quality control on complex file overlays, privilege clawbacks, and document sequestration.- Validate accuracy on loads performed by new Data Specialists through quality control checks.- Provide practical training to fellow Data Specialists as required.- Conduct basic Relativity searches and global updates for marking/tagging records as instructed, including confirming record counts in Save Searches and verifying image redactions before creating production exports.- Clearly communicate any data inconsistencies with the Project Manager.- Assist with inquiries regarding data load file formats or media encryption software as requested by Case Managers and IT personnel.
