As an IT Support Engineer at fabergent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our SaaS solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing level I and II support for our SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and NAV platforms. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to swiftly resolve issues and incidents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
In addition, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, which includes configuring laptops and PCs for use in an O365 environment. Your role will also involve documenting network processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance our IT support framework.
As part of our commitment to providing outstanding service, you will be included in our 24x7 emergency on-call rotation, which may require you to work nights and weekends during maintenance periods and service outages.
