About the Role
We are on a mission to develop the next phase of Nubank: an AI-driven private banking solution designed to assist millions in managing their financial journeys with intelligence, empathy, and reliability. As the Senior Design Manager, you will guide a talented team of designers and writers in crafting this transformative experience, defining customer interactions with our AI advisor, building trust, and translating complex insights into actionable, user-friendly solutions. Your role extends beyond the AI Private Banker vertical; you will shape the foundational experience systems that will enable AI capabilities across Nubank, ensuring alignment with our overarching Magic App vision, which represents our future unified app experience.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the design vision, systems, cultural principles, and practices that embody the Nubank ethos: clarity, kindness, and empowerment, merging excellence in product design with a cohesive company narrative.
