This position reports directly to the Head of GTM Operations and operates at the crossroads of Revenue, Systems, Data, and AI. You will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful GTM functionalities, including pipeline generation, scoring and routing, workflow automation, internal tooling, and AI-driven revenue initiatives. Iru markets a sophisticated platform across Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sectors, supported by a growing partner ecosystem and a complex revenue structure encompassing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. We seek an individual capable of translating this complexity into software, automation, and scalable workflows that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. This role is not focused on system administration or campaign execution; instead, it is a technical builder position for a professional adept at transforming ambiguous revenue challenges into production-ready solutions, whether it involves developing workflows, internal applications, scoring models, or AI-powered pipeline programs.
